Vulcania Submarine - Pat Regan

Vulcania Submarine is Pat Regan's shop in Hawaii where he builds unique underwater technologies like the Nautilus Minisub and the diving suits from Disney's 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea.  He has been active in manned submersibles since the mid-1980's, and is a well-known source of information for prospective sub builders.
