Underwater scull

Winning the Unlikely-but-Creative category this week is a submersible scull design by Milko Ozlu of Sweden.  It's a sleek looking craft that exists only as a design thesis and a 1/7th scale model.  Intended to be rowed underwater, this two person wet sub has a clever oar design that hopes to prevent the forward stroke of the oar from slowing the boat.
