PSUBS.ORG - Personal Submersibles website

Good website that focuses on homebuilt or personal submersibles.  They even organize an annual conference, alternating East coast with West coast USA.  In summer 2005 the conference is in Manchester, New Hampshire.

If you want to build your own or just want to read about other's experiences this is a good place to start.   But as PSUBS states regarding the design information: ...this information is provided for intellectual
