Portsmouth Naval Shipyard - History and closure threat

Short article describing the history of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and the current threat of closure.  This yard built its first ship for the US Navy in 1815 but ships had been built in the area since the HMS Falkland was commissioned in 1690.
