Submarine wreck map

Some updates added 11-3-2005:

Here's a submarine wreck map [1] that's in development - mostly working now except with Internet Explorer.  It uses the same database as the Shipwreck Map that you can find listed in the menu but it focuses on just submarine wrecks and adds some search improvements that should probably be in the standard wreck map.

Most of it IS working now and new features include:

* search by a circular area (click to move the search area center, adjust the Radius to see the search area change size)

* search by nationality of vessel, and

* search by year of loss or incident.  I'm not sure how to present this, but some kind of timeline seems useful for looking at WWI and WWII sinkings.  This search feature is still disabled - I have to just decide how to do it but probably will just list by year for now.

I say 'loss or incident' because I'm including events other than just sinkings, such as collisions, fires and such that are also a part of submarine history.  For example, you can search for 'USS San Francisco' and see the location of the seamount that she hit.
