Decommissioning Russian nuclear subs

This website tracks, among other things, accidents and incidents occurring with the Russian Northern Fleet.  Bellona.com covers a number of environmental issues.  Here's the section on decommisioning nuclear submarines.  As of this posting there was a fire and explosion that killed one person while a Victor II class boat was being cut up.  The two reactors had apparently already been removed.
